I didn’t get the right rewards for end of season!?!?

I got to rank 32, and I didn’t get diamond rewards, I got silver rewards? Instead of the sunflower piñata I got the conehead one. I just spent $20 trying to boost myself enough to get to at least diamond too. Very annoying and pay to win game, and it won’t even give me the correct free rewards so how am I able to progress?!?
