I have purchased the deluxe edition of Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 on Steam. The games works but I have not recived the deluxe content. Hi. I've been a passionate Plants vs Zombies player since when PVZ2 only had three worlds. I'm really sad seeing this amazing game series being left out because I truly believe it still has a huge potential. I’ve spent time thinking about how the series could evolve, compiling over 11 pages of ideas I have that, brought together, could make a PVZ franchise rebirth. if anyone from EA is reading this, I would love nothing more than to contribute, whether as part of your team or simply as a voice for the community that still deeply cares. At the very least, I hope this serves as a reminder that PVZ is far from forgotten, still has a dedicated and living community and a huge potential. Even after many years without any update, the PVZ community is still alive and active and does content in the games, especially GW2 and PVZ2. Proving that there is still demand for these games. Imagine what could be achieved if the development team returned, if the franchise received the love and support it deserves. This is not nostalgia. It's a heartfelt plea from a passionate gamer who genuinely believes Plants vs. Zombies still has a future. So I recently bought the game a few days ago and really liked it, and so I bought a few add-ons, up to the point where I bought almost all of the character packs. When I logged in the game today and got my Breakfast Brainz to level ten, I promoted him and went to the sticker shop to buy a new phenomenal character pack, when I noticed that my coins didn't go up at all after claiming the 20k. My sticker shop wasn't loading either so I decided to restart the game and see if it would load, but once I loaded back in, I found that all of my characters were gone. Every single character and Rux ability that I had spent about $200 and hours of my time getting had disappeared, such as my Toxic Brainz, Party Corn, Z-7 Imp, Torchwood, and Ultra sprint tackle were all gone. I've tried restarting the game three times and repairing the game files from the EA app but nothing has worked so far. If anyone has any ideas or similar scenarios please help me out I beg you. It still shows the promotions for my characters but the icons for the characters aren't there anymore.Three purchases were made with my Steam wallet, and I only received one!

I purchased the upgrade in order to obtain one of the following skins. I purchased it and they gave me in-game currency. This thing is not as much as I paid. This is cheating and fraud. I just want compensation in-game with one of these skins. It is random, but this is fair to me. This is just a way to attract money. Please compensate me immediately in-game only. I want one of these skins. I paid money and did not get it.
