PVZ GW2 Promoting Characters Glitch Please Help
Hi, Multiple years ago when I was going to promote some of my characters on plants vs zombies GW2 when I promoted them they became bugged with levels that were impossible to achieve (see attached photos). The fire flower is level 0 and never levels up which is impossible as all promotions start at level 1. The archaeologist and captain flameface are also glitched with their levels and nameplates. The metal petal simply went to master promotion which it shouldn't be as seen that I only have 4/8 upgrades for them. This has completely ruined my ability to progress these characters which sucks cause I wanted to get to the max level after coming back recently. Any help will be greatly appreciate to like reset these few characters or something as I have spent plenty of time in the game and I would like to keep playing. I have tried everything suggested like uninstalling etc, it has been like 7 years since this initial issue as I gave up after getting no help in early 2018. Please like this to get some attention from the support staff or any advice for a potential fix would be great. Zombology teacher makes tricks cost 1 less while forget Me nuts makes tricks cost one more so they cancel out when its one. As of late when playing, Zombology teacher affects dont work at all when ANY forget Me nuts is played. I cant be the only one noticing and pissed off
Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 Character Promotion BUG/GLITCH
So I've been playing Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 all day today working on leveling up my characters in my backyard killing bosses that spawn and I came across a glitch that has completely broken my Frozen Citron character. So I was leveling up Frozen Citron and I reached level 10 like normal and when I went to promote him I clicked to promote and then it said it went through but when I looked it still showed my Frozen Citron needed to be promoted so I clicked again and it said he needed promoted to the same promotion again so I figured maybe it just didn't go through and so I promoted him again and it still didn't go through so I tried over and over again at least 10 different times trying to promote him and it just wouldn't go through and so eventually I gave up and decided to restart my game. Well when I restart my game and loaded back in now it says my Frozen Citron is fully mastered and max level but I don't have any of the character upgrades you get while leveling up! I don't know if it was the server being old since I was playing all day or my friend who was playing with me having a bad connection I don't know what caused this glitch all I know is now my character is broken and is now maximum level but i didn't get any of the character upgrades and I didn't actually level him up all those levels for some reason it just skipped to the maximum rank and now it's stuck like that :(
I purchased coins packs for PVZ GW2, but I never received them.
On May 24th this year, I bought an Epic Coins Pack and a Modest Coins Pack but they never showed up on my profile. This happened to me before on February 5th 2023, I bought two humongous Coins Packs and three Modest Coins Packs and didn't receive any of them. I came back to this game after like 2 years, and seeing my friends play it, made me want to play with them, but Do you guys see this, why is this happening? I repaired my game over 100 times, rein stalled 20 times, but this issue still persists, it says I have some items equipped but, I can't edit their appearance, nor does it tell me I have them. the abilities are locked; No really, I can't use them at all, I and only some abilities are usable Only one other variant is unlocked, which is My roadie Z, but he's the only variant I have. so how can I get rid of this error/glitch? it tills persists outside of the booth. My chomper has no mouth If so, I'd like for an ea person to see if fully erasing my data for this game can save it from this state, I don't mind losing 9 hours, I just want my game to be fixed
Missing Heroes Rewards`
I'm kinda at the end of the road on this and dunno what else to do. I've linked my account about a million times now and my Xbox account is linked to my EA account which both share the same email. Same with Heroes and I've still yet to recieve it. I just wanna get these cosmetics
