I have a speedy computer but Pvz gw still lags on low.

Overlay programs?  Disable them they don't get along with Origin in Game.

Need more information.

Perhaps GPU drivers are massively out of date?

Perhaps software is interferring?  Do a Clean Boot.

Clean Boot from above should take care of it.

Since it's brand new, I'd go to your GPU maker's website (either AMD or nVidia) and download the latest drivers and install them.  Very likely a brand new computer does not have good drivers on it unless it came from a enthusiast pre-built shop versus somewhere like Dell, HP.

If you want to post up your DXDiag on pastebin it might help too.  Have a good feeling there is software running that is causing it though... perhaps funky drivers from the computer maker too.

Overlay programs I'm talking about would things like Fraps, RiviaTuner (come with Afterburner), Teamspeak overlay, etc etc... sounds like you don't have any running.

You could try disabling Origin in Game to test.  Right click on the game in origin and select to disable it.  Origin in Game is required for things like Shift+F1 joining friends, coin store and reporting other players however so it is not advised to play without it if possible.

You could post up your DXDiag into pastebin, maybe we can see something funny in it..  

If it's an AMD card you could try turning Mantle on in the options.

You could try setting the game to like Windowed-NoBorder to see if that makes any difference.

I tried everything but posting up to pastebin, and nothing worked. What exactly is DXDiag? Also i have noticed some other problems while (trying to) play, like invisible people that constantly kill me, delay on graphics like the garlic drone, who's blades seem to be constantly lagging behind the actual drone, and chili bean bombs go off earlier than the actual animation. I always spawn invisible and can't use my abilities for a few seconds, and I'm wondering if thats on purpose besides the invisible part? I also have Nvidia geforce so does turning mantle on work with that? Ever since I disabled origin in game, it says "failed to retrieve data" and asks if you would like to continue without saving. It also take a long time to join games. I just tried enabling origin in game again and it still says I can't connect.

DXdiag shows up versions and dates about your computer's software that operate it's parts.

Mantle is AMD only.  You aren't missing anything so don't get upset over it.  What Mantle becomes or alternatives in the future I think will mean so much more.  Right now it really only shines when the CPU is a bottleneck to a large GPU... in other cases it's only a few FPS.

What Mantle becomes or leads up to in archetecture changes over the next few years... I'm betting it'll be big... so big I think it'll replace your monster dedicated GPU.. we'll see, I think we are still many generations away from dGPUs going away.

Did turning OiG off atleast help?  If it did, then I'm back to suggestion there is software, I don't know what or where or how... but software is likely interferring.  Seems odd though if you're doing 100% clean boots and nothing is loaded up.

I think we need to see DXdiag to maybe point us back in the right direction...

the DXDiag didn't show any problems in the notes section of all the tabs, but does that mean enough? Could there still be something causing it to lag?

I also tested the game again today and noticed more issues: like players that are constantly facing the same direction that are actually aiming and shooting, my cursor dissapearing after I die sometimes, and invisible stairways and floors.

How should I post my dxdaig? One post cannot exeed 20,000 characters, and im wondering if it matters if I dont break it up in order. or could i try to send you a link instead? I have the file
