Go to Control Panel -> Uninstall nVidia Graphics Driver and all remaining nVidia **** installed programs. (physx, 3D, experience, audio, etc).
Restart
Install this:

Select "Clean Install"
Restart
Try open nVidia CP to do the above.

Still not fixed?
Go to Control Panel -> Uninstall nVidia (yes again).... Uninstall all Intel Graphics HD Drivers (just 1 entry probably)
Restart to Safe Mode.
Run Display Driver Uninstall
http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
Clean nVidia and Intel
(Driver Sweeper is tool I used a lot... DDU seems to be what ppl recommend now)
Restart
Install

If you get into any trouble (BSOD). Safe Mode w/ Networking will save your bacon. Likely to fix it you just need to go to Device Manager and remove the Display Adapter.

Tell us what happened if it none of that works /// what it does.
*Edit** Just wanted to emphasize the fact I do not want you to update your Intel drivers during any of that. I left it out on purpose.
