I lost all my gw2 characters

I started playong this game about 3 weeks ago and i had almost every footsoldier except 1 allot of engeneers and alstors 3 roses i think 2 imps and alot more characters that i can not think of rigbt now but i just started my game up and i only have the standard characters how did this happen?

Same here. I had quite a few unlocks, now nothing. The rest of my progress has been saved. What's the deal? Pretty frustrating.

Not only did I lose my characters, but I'm at a zero balance for all stars and coins! So not happy right now!

Mine did the same thing. All I have are the base characters from when I started. Coins, stars, and all characters reset.

I have lost all my skins and extra characters (goat and tree). Also, the characters I can &nbsp;use seem to be glitched in that they are missing helmets, guns, etc. when you play them. Please keep us updated. We've spent a ton of money on these skins and characters.&nbsp;
