I lost everything

We can't check individual accounts on the EA Forums and provide personal information. EA Help handles all account-related issues. If you need to find out if your email was previously registered on a different account, please contact EA Help via chat. 

adding to that, I know yall don't fully delete data so if the game data got accidentally attached to that deleted account and is transferable through me verifying I owned said deleted account, id greatly appreciate you helping me because its pretty annoying that the incompetence of one of your support agents led me to restarting a game I put a good amount of time into :(

Thats how I ended up here... they told me to contact one of you here and see if you could help, can you check if my email was related to an old "deleted account" because I accidently made an account with the google auto sign in before changing it to my older account and that could have led to the data being deleted with that account... which shouldn't have even been an issue since said account wasn't associated with any game data cause I NEVER used it and it was deleted within months of its creation...

Changing the email on the account shouldn't cause the progress to be lost. However, unlinking the Steam account and linking to a different EA account will cause progress loss. So I suggest that you contact EA Help once again to verify what has been done in the account and possibly revert the process. 

I'm on the exact same account... everything is the same except my data got deleted by the agent that swapped my email, so do I just get **bleep**ed by that agents incompetents?

Hey there, I'm sorry to hear that you've lost your progress. From the screenshots, it seems that you have PVZ GW2 in your Steam account. If your Steam and EA accounts were unlinked and your Steam was linked to a different EA account, you will lose your progress. The only way to possibly recover it would be to relink your Steam to the same EA account it was previously linked to.
