I lost my items and improved characters in the pvz gw2

I did not play for a while. When I returned, I realized that I had lost all coins, items, character improvements and if that was not enough, I went back to lvl 1.
My characters are at normal levels, but not at the general level.
How do I recover?

    @ThaynanFelipVSRJ Are you sure that you are logged into the correct account? I took a look at your account and can see that you have multiple PVZGW:2 accounts.

    Olá! Sim, tenho várias contas, mas apenas uma é a conta que jogo para progredir.
    Da uma olhadinha lá, a maioria dos personagens estão com melhorias selecionadas, mas estão bloqueadas. Eram melhorias que já estavao sendo usadas.
    E percebe que tenho quase todos os personagens e ainda estou no LVL 2....
