My account has been 47´d

I played pvzgw2 a while ago and left like for a month, and after coming back my account  got 47´d (my characters showed lvl 39, and I was at rank 2, now at 47. Even though I THINK i can play multiplayer i dont want my progress to remain corrupted. What can I do?
