i lost my progress, im scared that i overwrited it, can i get it back

hi, i decided to install pvz heroes after not playing the game for a while. i open it and link my account immediatly hoping to play from where i was before. after that the tutorial played out, and i thought that was normal, but when i ended it i saw that i had 0 gems and no cards. i started to panic and unlinked my account to link it again, cause it might have been a bug, but it didnt even show the option to load my old progress, can someone help me restore it?

  • @berrylovespvz If your account still shows no data, you will need to get in touch with support. They have the tools for this title to help you out.

    Normally a reinstall of the game and simply logging back in with whatever account you used shows the data when you log in. However, if it does not, we have to locate and get you set up again.

    You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email. First, clear the browser history and cache from the main browser you use.

    • Select the EA App
    • Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
    • You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
    • Select Continue without logging in
    • This should give you the chat/email option

    You will want to provide as much info and any purchase receipts you have so that they can locate the account quicker for you!
