I need help... Please

Question

Hello, this is not in the right section but I need help with an ea game I have; PVZGW:2

Basifally whenever I try to access the game on my Xbox One the introduction sequence plays and then I get stuck on the title screen with no indication of the game loading.

I have tried everything I have seen, including multiple hard shutdowns of the console, unplugging console, deleting console stored data for the game, reinstalling the game.

There is no damage to the disc and no error messages come up when trying to play, it just stays stuck on the title screen; it’s not connection either because I can connect to any other games servers (including the original PVZGW which is on EA servers, just fine).

someone please help because this is getting mildly infuriating now, I just want to play!

i dont work for EA, you could actual have a game bug,
and if you get no error code, then you do need EA help.

do check Xone is update if you even is allowed to change this as possible at x360 , and system do check itself well x360 did, so i bet Xone also do this ( disk error runs a checkdisk ) so let it be ON then you dont use system, i doubt reinstall game will have any effect but its possible to try.
and with no error code.

sorry never had a game that just crash , but whatever this is either this is a MS problem and they will contact EA about or is it a EA game bug problem, i wish it was possilble to enable log and send crash report to MS or EA , atleast tell user this.
