So earlier i was letting my younger brother play on my PC and he thought it'd be a good idea to MOD MY GAME AND USE CHEATS!!! It was in an offline solo lobby my game will not connect to the EA server...

Dude i dont think they will unban you for that. They might but slim chances. The reason i say this is because yes you youreself didnt use the mods, but someone on YOUR account did. meaning your account still did such actions. Now, if you were hacked, it'd be different. But since you werent hacked and it was your account, i don't know if they'd unban you.
