I want to get my account unbanned

Hi,

My account was recovered this Thursday with the help of an advisor but today I got an email from EA saying that my account was banned or I did not play and I did anything in between.

Now I cannot play any game online. It is also frustrating to not be able to get more info about my ban even after writing to EA support today! Do they not work during the weekend or what??! 

I want to play my games today, not to wait for next opening hours, that was not my mistake, I did nothing to get banned! 

Please EA support help me out today.

PS: I opened another case today for a quick help but got nothing, no email, no confirmation, nope!

    @LordOfDrkGhosts The forums are not the right place for banned accounts. This can be appealed through live support, or directly through Terms of Service appeal!

    As you have opened a case on it, you would need to wait for them to view the account and email you with more information. Sadly not something that we can do here as Community Managers don't assist with banned accounts.
