Community Manager@LordOfDrkGhosts The forums are not the right place for banned accounts. This can be appealed through live support, or directly through Terms of Service appeal!
As you have opened a case on it, you would need to wait for them to view the account and email you with more information. Sadly not something that we can do here as Community Managers don't assist with banned accounts.
