Ideas for new cards (that are actually kinda balanced) (And none are returning)

I've seen a handful of new card idea threads in Answers HQ.  Unfortunately, most of them are returning (not original), and if they are original, they still most likely aren't balanced.  Sorry if I so...

    BTW, why Armor 2???
