If I miss the first week rewards can I get them in the second week?
When i Launch the game it shows the popcap logo and all that and the sunflower loading icon is spinning then it suddenly stops and when i go out of that window the game is just a black screen. when i took the screen shot it shows a black screen i tried doing clean boot did not work
if anyone knows how to fix this problem please reply i am really frustrated

You're very welcome, sorry to hear those steps didn't work out for you.
The only information I was able to find out about the Rewards is this:
"There is no requirement for how often you need to play, but please remember that you can only claim your exclusive rewards* by logging in on a weekly basis for the first four weeks. Players who purchase the Founder’s Edition after weekly rewards have been distributed will only receive rewards for the subsequent weeks, until September 30."
