Hello, one of the issues i'm facing is that everytime i start a multiplayer game my opponent concedes right away and i don't get any star for that so is kind of hard to climb.
Also the worst thing is that the few games i've been able to play and win, the game is taking away from me stars, i've lost like 4 stars this way so far.....

Okay, seems like if you get the game error "there is a problem with your game" it banks that -1 star loss no matter what. Even though it doesn't show it. So if you get 2 errors in a row the win 1 game. (with out streak bonus) then you would still get -1 star even with a win.
