IMP-Visible: Revisited
Now a long time ago I made a old ability idea named Impvisible, It seemed to get positive response from you guys. Heck, Justin Weibe even liked it!
Now, I noticed that the ability wasn't exactly balanced (or realistic), so I've come back to fix a couple of things.
By the way, here's the old version.

Imp-Visible
Replaces Impkata
(Unlockable)
(Ability)
Recharge: 1 minute
Effects
When you activate the ability you turn invisible for 5 seconds.
You explode when ability ends. (you don't die)
If an enemy is hit by the explosion they take 15% increased damage for 3 seconds. (Are also dealt 24 Damage)
You move 20% faster while invisible .
You take 10% increased damage while invisible .
You can’t attack while invisible.
You can’t deactivate it after you start it.
Using jetpack doesn't reveal you.
You can call down your mech but you can’t use it until you become visible again. (it will land near you.)
You can't use any other abilities while cloaked.
You aren’t slowed by goop but you are still covered with it. (If hit)
EMPeach gets rid of cloak. and stuns you for 1 second.
When you become visible you deal 20% decresed damage for 3 seconds.
You still make noises while invisible.
There is a .5 second delay before you become invisible.
(Imp grabs a controller and pushes a button then vanishes)
You create a shockwave when you finally become invisible, Stunning plants near you for 2 seconds.

Problems
Note: After every problem there will be a buff/nerf in parentheses.
Ex. (No abilities can be used while invisible)
Note 2: before I show you the new idea I'll show my first idea. They will be in quotes.

I don't know why but I wanted to make dropping a mech possible when you don't immediately get in... First, that's just a stupid idea. I mean, how would that benefit you? Plus, dropping a mech nearby, not on you would require a re-writing of code I'm guessing, and some new animations.

Note: this one isn't based on anything, just a little problem I foresaw.
I realized that the ability could be used as a crutch, you would be able to run into combat turn invisible, escape, rinse and repeat. Making you a giant pain. To discourage this, you now aren't as invisible as I once planned. While you are still invisible, you distort the area around you in a small radius. (Basically everything gets a bit blurry around you.)

The digi explosion was an odd idea, don't know why it was there.

Shockwave is also removed for randomness, it was a good idea but I don't like it anymore.

*New features
Health Regen,
When invisible, you Regenerate 5 HP Per Second
(Totaling 25 of course) while this isn't much it's something, ok?
(Taking damage removes regen) (no purple health symbols when regenerating, it ruins the invisibility)
