Import GW1 characters
Looks like I'm late to the party- I want to import all my GW1 characters into GW2, but looks like this option is no longer in the mailbox?

The Loyalty Program, which served as a shortcut to unlocking the same characters you had in GW1 in GW2 unfortunately had undisclosed technical issues associated with it which resulted in a hard deadline of February 28 after which the program ceased.
Now that the shortcut has been removed you cannot "import", or instantly unlock, your GW1 character roster any longer. While all of those characters are still available to you you will need to go through the time consuming process of unlocking them all over again.

Is that mean we have got no way to take our previous acquired characters and stickers back? I have spent tons of money on it and i would really love to get those back. Is there any chance of getting it?
All of the characters which you are familiar with from Garden Warfare 1 are included in Garden Warfare 2, with the exception of Chester Chomper, Berry Shooter, Dr Chester and the Citrus Cactus which were all specially licensed promotional characters.
The Loyalty program was simply a shortcut to immediately unlock the characters which you had already unlocked in GW1 and give you immediate access to them in GW2, but that is all that the "import" process would carry over. Without the Loyalty program you'll need to unlock them all again but they are there.
None of your Character levels, Gestures, Customizations, Coins or anything else would move over so all of those would need to be unlocked all over again.
While some of the final few updates introduced some of the GW1 Gestures and customizations I don't believe that everything was included but a portion of those can be collected once again.
