Info gathering: BfN Invisible Characters

Hi, we're tracking an issue where some players are spawning into the game while invisible, and are unable to perform actions.  If you're affected by this can we gather the following info? What ...

What system are you playing on?
PC Win10 DX 12.

What character you are trying to spawn in as?
Diferent characters, plants and zombies, there is no rule


What were you doing before the bug happened?

Lunching the game and everything is ok till Headquarters. Sometimes everything is ok till I want to change charakter. After I change charakter it disappears, can only jump, can't move and shoots. Also have problem with connecting with muliplayer game (servers) for example Terrain Battle, just can't connect with servers.
