Community AdminI've only had this bug happen to me in public lobbies. It usually starts to happen once I try to switch my character & have been in the lobby for more than 1-2 minutes. The models for the characters never load in the selection menu or in the hub after trying to spawn in. Being invisible prevents you from moving and from using abilities, so I usually have to restart my game whenever it happens to me.
The bug doesn't seem to happen when you're in a private lobby. I think it could have something to do with the large amount of players that public hub lobbies tend to have?
Either way, this should be fixed soon. I'd imagine a lot of new players have been affected by this, which does not leave a good impression of the game to them and might lead them to quitting the game altogether.
