Community AdminIs there any updated info about this issue? From the look of it, many people have been encountering the issue as far back as October 2019 (3 months ago). I’m sure it’s a tough big to fix, but is it even in the works???
Just now, I'd returned to the hub as a Sunflower from Multiplayer Ops.
I used the respawn option from the menu - interesting as most people reporting this problem currently have this from the changing booth or swap teams tent.
I swapped team to select Pirate & appeared without a problem in the zombie base. I then used the respawn option again to go to Cactus.
"Appeared" as invisible, unable to move or perform any function, with all of the abilities blacked out.
I could respawn again as Pirate but trying again to select Cactus had the same problem. I was only able to respawn on the plant side by eventually choosing Sunflower again.
I have never had this exact problem before, even in Picnic. (Xbox One)
ADDED: Once I'd spawned in as Sunflower I was able to respawn as Cactus
Been having this same issue since last update.... the game is not playable.
You spawn in as the any character and you cannot switch at all.
most players are invisible... especially the smaller plants and zombies....
you cannot switch character or you'll turn invisible and you cant move... only choice is to close the game and restart but the bug is still there.....
Characters that has a 2nd mode (imp, space cadet, Oaktree) cannot use their skills at all.. i.e spawned into giddy park as imp go into robot and you'll be stuck and invisible... cant even exit out. only option is to respawn.
SO ANNOYING!
im on PS4 with digital copy of bfn.
I've uninstalled and installed again a few times... didn't matter.
