Info gathering: BfN Invisible Characters

Is there any updated info about this issue? From the look of it, many people have been encountering the issue as far back as October 2019 (3 months ago). I’m sure it’s a tough big to fix, but is it even in the works???

Have had this again this morning, but today all of the characters were invisible in the character selection screens as well.
They've reappeared after closing & restarting BFN.
