Information request for Plants vs Zombies 1 players with technical issues.

This crush never happened before until just recently about month ago.

When I click to launch the game, it start to show "prepare to launch plant vs zombie ... ", and after that is where the problem start. Usually the game screen will pop out, but this time it's a small window saying "Steam error: Unable to load steam.dll". So I do not know who's problem is it? Is it the game itself or steam?
