I downloaded a mod which would give me packs of coins, stars and such however after loading into the game when i went to the sticker shop it crashed my game and when loading back into it would black screen for a second the say that i cant play online but its not an online bug its because the game loaded in too many pack and now its locked the game forever please help

I've tried this on steam and even on EA, I even tried it without the mods by removing them and verifying my files, nothing seems to work to get you fully in the game it just locks you on the splash screen until you close the game.
These mods are generally safe to use, and won't cause this if you use them in moderation. but if you have too many gifted packs, dozens of them, this will glitch the game and make it stop working. There is no way to fix that other than completely resetting your progress, which will erase the packs.
If you own the game on Steam, you can do it for free. do it by creating a new EA account and linking it to your steam account. here's a video teaching how to do that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R6Oehy16cCQ
Be advised that you can only do this one time in every few months. once you do it, you won't be able to do it again for a few months, so be careful not to have this happen again. If you want to keep using pack mods, be careful to not have too many of them at the same time. open the packs before they can accumulate
The only other way to reset your progress and fix this is by rebuying the game on another account. if you have to do that, do it through Steam, as you will be able to do the other method with an Steam account
And this won't remove my access to the game?
