I know that EA has a program for addressing online bullying - maybe a CM could pin a post with details?
Particularly as this is a game aimed at children, I do still think that there should be a fast way of addressing these sort of problems in-game as well.

@ToastedSarnie So far, that kind of "rubbish talk" has never really happened to me in BFN, so I'm assuming it will be a rare occurrence and should not keep affecting your gameplay. If reporting people who do that kind of behaviour does not work, you could perhaps record the gamer tag of that person and try sending a private message to Pop Cap regarding what the person did. It's a suggestion! I'm very sorry to hear that, I wouldn't like it either if someone did that to me!
