[iOS] PvZ Heroes save data was suddenly reset

my pvz heroes ios save data was suddenly reset.

the last time i made a purchase was in the 20th week (may 6, 2024). during that week, the game had no issues. however, starting from the 21st week, my son informed me that the game save data was gone, and the progress was reset to the tutorial level.

i’m playing the ios version of pvz heroes, and i haven’t even logged in with an ea account. i’m not sure if the progress is tied to game center, app store id, or player id. i’ve provided all the information i can think of. please help me resolve this issue. thank you!
