-His E.M.Peach takes a while to fire, and the stun doesn't even last all that long. You can't capitalize on it very well anyway, as you're probably busy shielding yourself from getting annihilated by the people you didn't stun who are shooting at your massive hit box.
-His Spin Dash is fine, to be honest. Other than the massive hit detection problem on half of the abilities in this game, it's fine. Maybe lower the cool down.
-The Navel Laser would be great if the hit detection wasn't a dumpster fire.

As @spIash_damage mentioned there is a fine dance with him. He is ability based for sure. Oddly enough two citrons teamed up tend to demolish everyone. Maybe try to find a buddy to run around with for a bit.
