Rux's shop is very weird right now. I miss the sticker book from GW1 and 2 more than ever right now and the way he sells his wares feels so random that it's hard to tell what he has. The only legendary item he's had for me in about a month is a new legendary hat for Citron.

This is exactly what I want to see in Battle for Neighborville. Rux’s wares and his utter randomness makes it really hard to keep track of what you have and do not have.
I did not use the Stickerbook a whole lot back in GW2, because I did not feel I needed to refer to it. I could quite easily manage what I did and did not have.
Battle for Neighborville does not even have a Stickerbook, and it’s quite needed in my opinion. It’s very hard to manage and keep track of what of his wares I have and the wares I still want to get from him. I would like to see the addition of a Stickerbook!
