Thanks for the examples. 😉
OMG how gutting.. I feel for you.. All that saving, and games you fought.. to end up having to craft.. I just got my 7 packs, not thrilling.. Best card of the packs 1 super rare.. Highest cards I got were 5 super rares.. 4 Of them I already had all copes of.. So 60 cards recycled.. For all that sweat, toil, cursing, and tension.. It's just a let down.. 7 packs and not one legendary.
- ApprovedAnonymous8 years agoI got one superrare out of my 7 also, but it was Gravitree, and my fifth, but I did get a Whipvine, to give me a set of them(for probably the fiftieth time because I don't use it, so I would always recycle it)

I think they are hoping we will cave in buy.. well nope, that isn't going to happen with me. I've crafted the legendary I wanted.. just such a painful bad value. I'm focusing on one hero plant side to collect everything. Then I will do the same on the zombie side. I will keep collecting as I go, but will only craft for each of my 2 chosen heroes. I wish they did packs for certain classes, such as a solar pack, or a sneaky pack.. The 200 gem hero packs are hit and miss, you'd think you'd be more safe having spent the extra gems.. but nope they can have the same as buying a premium pack for 100.
- 8 years agoPersonally I think you guys are overthinking it. I think you have the same chance with individual packs as you do with multiples. Saintly has the right idea in my opinion though and it’s the way I did it. Focus on your favorite hero’s and cards you think will give them the best chance to win them move to the next. We all know the sparks are a rip off but is what it is.
- ApprovedAnonymous8 years agoIm not over thinking anything, I have mentioned many times that I have felt disappointed with 10+1 packs. And after a couple times getting one stinking superrare, I have decided to go with single packs, and I can say honestly, that I have never had only one superrare out of 10 single packs and so to me that equals better.
I just posted my opinion and on occasion, a bunch of packs to back up what I was referring to.
I'm not trying to get any other person to open single only, but I have to disagree with you that it's all the same. We would be seeing a lot more multiple legendary pulled out of the 10+1s, and I find it rare having four or five cards better than rare, and I have that often in single packs - ApprovedAnonymous8 years agoI don't think I would collect all for one hero before moving to another, but for sure solidifying a deck and maybe more, and then add to another hero

I wouldn't have a few months ago, but there is no way I'm gonna ever catch up to having all the cards for all the plants and zombies. Best I could hope for is a bit of everything and a specialist in one plant hero, and one zombie hero.. I've four garg feasts and to be honest I don't feel I need them. However having 4 in a deck means I will be able at least get one during a game. The meta changes, and sticking with one solid deck just isn't reliable enough, therefore having the flexibility to change/switch up means you can always update your hero.
- 8 years ago@saintlydevilis you pretty much nailed the gist of it. for the longest I focus on megagrow, but as things in the game branch out, so do the answers and decks required to be successful. I think initially focusing on one hero is smart, it gives you good knowledge of that he's and the other faction (plant/zombie) you're not playing (I'm playing against something is the just as valuable a way to learn it as playing it). Then branding it to the entire faction from there.
I've gotten pretty proficient with all plants and aside from a few cards, my plants are filled out. Now I'm working in getting zombies up the same, but I don't think specializing, especially in the beginning is a bad thing; it just won't work forever. - 8 years ago

We are all welcome to our own. I personally feel you’re wrong here. It’s ok not to agree on everything right?

Just because I seem to get better drops from single packs, doesn't mean that it's the same for you and vice versa. That's the randomness
Also, as soon as this bundle issue happens or doesn't, I am going to start a thread a post all my packs, if for no reason other than that of showing how sometimes it sucks and other times it is crazy luck
And alsi to give me something to do lol - 8 years ago
Well, I don't seem to have much luck with the 10+1 set, but then again, I don't seem to have much luck with singles, either (in the past 8 packs, I've gotten 1 Super-Rare and 7 Rares, none of which are cards I particularly want for my main decks). I guess at least with singles I get to open them more often. That's probably a decent trade-off for a 9% decrease in cards to recycle.

Last three 1000 packs I opened had two legendaries in two of them each and none in the third. Not horrible but I’d obviously like more.
