Is it safe to play garden warfare 2 on PC?

Title basically explains the question. Is it safe or not? I wanna play but i'm honestly scared

No, I mean if its safe to play cause of the exploit or hacking problem currently going on in the game. I wanna play Garden Warfare 2 but I feel like im going to get false banned cause of the hackers.
