Is there a chance that Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 3 will ever come out?

I heard that the development team for the series is no longer together so is there any way that a new team could come and make garden warfare 3 or is there a chance that the old team could come back?

    I’m sorry I shouldn’t have made this post. After doing more research I have learned that this game is near impossible with the developers you guys have and getting a whole new development team would also be very hard.
