Is there a fix for the missing gnome glitch on windy pass yet?

I have still not been able to get the final gnome I'm missing from windy pass. In the gnome room its the first cabinet on the right as you go i, middle row all the way to the right. I collected it but it hasn't registered so I'm stuck on 98% of gnomes collected and because of that I'm now missing one snow globe as well that I need to get into the room for. Ive even had it gold on splitscreen and when I go to pick it up it says already collected.
