Child's account is disabled

My breaker tripped while playing PvZ GW2 on the Xbox. After the power was back up, his account is disabled due to "Your account has been blocked from this product due to a violation of EA's User Agreement. Please check your email for more details". Since his account isn't tied to an email, there is no email to check. On top of that, since it is a child account, I can't actually log into his account for an appeal. How am I supposed to get him unblocked when there wasn't anything he did wrong, and there is no way for me to get a hold of any form of support from EA?

    Hi Treavous89,

Sorry to hear your child suddenly lost access to PvZ GW2, especially after the game had been working normally before the power interruption.

Because this is a child account and you don’t have access to an email address for it, please contact our support team so they can help check the account status and advise on the available appeal options.

You can find the official guidance here:

Check and appeal EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions

If you’re unable to access the appeal flow normally, please use the Contact Us option at the bottom of the guide and explain that this is a child account with no accessible email address.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to review or remove account actions through the forums.

I’m sorry you’ve been left without a clear way to handle this, and I hope the support team can help you get the account properly reviewed.
