If this ever happens again in the future, is there a more specific kind of report we can give to escalate this kind of thing quickly? I am also very curious - is there any chance you can tell us what the issue was?
Community Manager@Montaignes I honestly dont know what caused it. I was not here when it was resolved. I only got a message it was resolved. It could literally have been anything causing it.
Typically, to save time, we ask for the bug report info that I asked for. This way we spend less time gathering that info and more time sending it on over to the team so that they can take a look into it.
