issue with pea shooter and solider fire rates/hits

In what game mode did the bug occur? Everywhere
Summarize your bug I have 2 bugs. the first is playing as solider zombie when shooting the gun will randomly slow down the firing rate and stutter. It does this almost every clip and is random on when during the clip it will do this. The other one is shots from the pea shooter hit but don't do damage some times. the closer the zombie is the more often this happens.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? for the Zombie just hold down the trigger to fire his gun a few times and you should see it. I saw it most often in garden ops. pea shooter you have to find zombies and shoot them from various distances but you should see it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
