every time i open the game it loads the anticheat launcher as normal, but when it gets to opening the game itself it stays stuck in a windowed black screen and doesnt load, other issue is if the game...

tried repairing through origin didnt work, and like i said i already tried the easyanticheat

Also could we try going through the following and seeing if either issue improves?
- Try these steps to make sure there aren't any other programs that may be preventing the game from properly saving
- Disable Origin in-game overlay and any other running overlays
- Try the Game in different Compatibility settings
- Allowing Origin and the PvZ through your anti-virus or firewall
- Run the System File Checker tool then check for Windows and GPU updates
hello, sorry for responding so late again. i have fully restarted my computer and new errors have arised.
the issues from before persist but one tiny bit reduced. and when i start it it says: Detected Intel driver version 30.0.101.1660 03/18/2022 00:00:00 . The recommended driver version is xx.xx.15.4251 or later . Please update your drivers at http://downloadcenter.intel/com before playing the game. Do you want to run the game anyway? There may be stability, performance or visual corruption issues.
but when i do go to the site my drivers are updated
