My peashooter has ben set to level 46 by a hacker and the anticheat doesn't let me join online matches anymore, PLEASE someone who is at Garden Warfare 2 revert my peashooters level so I can play online again.

I've contacted EA support (The cases thing) and they've said they've passed my info onto the team, and a few days later the issue has been resolved aside from one thing which I may make another post about. But it's that I need my Peashooter character's level set back to 0 so I am able to unlock all the abilities.

I need you to please pass this information onto any relevant team that can provide assistance for Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2.
Recently my Peashooter characters level has been set to an unobtainable amount of 46, which resulted in the anti-cheat no longer letting me into public online matches. This has been resolved, which I am incredibly thankful for the team that resolved it, and for my exemplary EA advisors Manjeet, and Himanshu.
However, one last issue I'm having with my Peashooter character because of this, is because my Peashooters level was set back to the max from the glitched level, it means I'm not able to unlock any of the "upgrades" for that character that I would normally from playing the game and unlocking each level one by one.
So what I'm asking for is for my Peashooter character's level to please be reset back to level 0, allowing me to unlock all my abilities over again.

Community ManagerHey, @chesGW2 Sadly we no longer have a way to support these issues regarding locked characters. This feedback has been sent up the chain but sadly at the moment, there is not a way to resolve this one.
If that changes, we will let players know.

Thank you but this issue has been (semi)solved as of now, I think it was when I contacted EA support with the Cases thing. But my peashooters level was fixed from the glitched state of level 46! So I can play online again, so someone on the team heard me! 😊😀
