Can't launch PVZ GW2

Yesterday i was able to play normally, queue up and stuff

Today when i open the game it said i have to sign in to activate PVZ GW2

When i do that it just say that im currently offline, it doesn't make any sense since im connecting to my wifi

i tried searching the problem but so far nothing has fixed this yet, pls help, my ingame name is my account name, thank you.
