I am going to open 1 more pack today, so wish me luck. If I get no joy, I am going to make an official complaint, as it feels like we are being conned. It is suppose to be a game of fun, a pass time, but slowly this game is getting worse, as you feel like your getting no where with it. I will be looking for a new game in the new year, and if it carries on like this I will be deleting this, as it's not worth the stress since they never fix the issues that we talk about in here and other forums. Waiting forever for them to fix the advert issue, that they clearly aren't bothered about.

Sorry to hear you've been fleeced. It's looking more and more like their stupid system, and greed is doing the game more harm than good. It would be better as I said in another post for them to just double 1500 gems for HG, and BC. At least that way you know what your getting, you might save gems for it, buy gems for it, or a mixture. But at least you get what is advertised. Feeling ripped off is not good for the game.
In last day of Festivus campaign I bought 10+1 packs of HG for 1500 gems and I got new hero! 🙂
Lucky me.
