I think just remove the Plant Evolution thing and it would be fine. (That thing and fertilize would be a menace, and we all know what happened to Gravitree) and also the Team-up needs to be kept.
Jugger nut:
Cost - 3
Atk - 3, Hp - 3.
Bullseye, Armored 1, Team-up.
I think an ability of this plant should be give the plant at the lane, Bullseye and Armored 1.
