Jumping with Super Savior cancels the revive

@Cameroid07 Thanks for the report.  A fix for this issue went into the game in the May patch already to make it less egregious.  Does this happen on every single jump or is it certain cases with wonky slopes and such?

    @anpangcontractor It happens on every press of the A button if you tap it to jump lower it doesn't cancel the revive

      @Cameroid07 It must be due to an increased jump height, which means you “jump too high” and the revive is cancelled as a result.
