Keyboard Mouse not working in-game

PvZ gwf2 - No keyboard or mouse in game.Help!

msi ge62 6qd

nvidia driver 361.91

intel hd driver 15.4364

I see others have similar issue - any resolution / troubleshooting hints?

    I got it working - I had to go into nvidia control panel and turn the global setting from "use integrated graphics" to the nvidia card.

    I'm a newbie gaming laptop owner - why would I want the default to be intel integrated graphics instead of nvidia 960m? (ok, power efficiency.. but not a concern when plugged in)

    Also found out (the slow way) that the nvidia output has to go through the intel integrated to get to the display, so can't just disable intel graphic adapter from the device manager.

    I'm having the same issue, but I have only one graphic card (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti) and no integrated ones. Any solution?

    Same issue here, Dell XPS,

    before we start on it, this is a pretty strong machine - no it is not a driver issue, and it is super lame that we buy a game, it starts (somewhat) and there is no control.

    This never happened with other even newer games before ☹️

    Anyone found a solution? As seems we don't get answer from EA.

    I'm having this problem but I don't see an option to "use integrated graphics" in my nvidia Control panel.  I'm using control panel version 8.1.940.0

    Solved by closing the game, going into game properties from Origin and disabling Origin In-Game.

    I'm on a pc with no AMD or Nvidia hardware this computer only has intel things. What should I do?
