Kicking me out on Xbox One (PvZ GW 2)

Hi I have been having an issue for when I play Garden Warfare 2 on my Xbox One it goes black and kicks me back to the home menu screen. It is very annoying and frustrating. I was wondering if there is a patch being made because I did have to do the Captain Smasher quest three times due to this issue. Thanks Guys!! 🙂
