Kid 12 years old can't play pvzgw2, game rated for 7+ years old. Game starts and shows a screen with text : "Connecting: you are too young or don't have the correct permission to access online feature...

Hi @EA_Zoe ,

Even if I put the PS parential control to allow any content he still hits this error on startup of the game without any chance to log on with an EA account.

What setup of PS / EA accounts allows him to play the 7+ rated game?

The rating of the game and the laws around online play and children are different, this is the reason why games' solo modes are playable by underage players but that in-game purchases and access to online features such as chat and instant messagery will be limited.
