Lack of communication
I'm very disappointed by all this. We shouldn't be digging through twitter accounts to be informed by unfortunate events. The recent balancing update and the "failed" community challenge for example....

EA Staff (Retired)@MrTaliskerDude, we don't remove/delete content for being negative especially if it's constructive. That's fine I understand if you don't use Twitter, you aren't the only one, look at @SonicMaster92! 🙂

I recently added Twitter to my phone for the express purpose of keeping up with PvZ and especially for GW2 and the game you guys are working on that we keep hearing rumors about but have no real details yet but yes please give us more communication here!
