Is a video still needed? As I MAY be able to provide one!
A video would only be needed if it showed the steps to reproduce the issue; simply showing the issue already happening wont be of very much help, unfortunately.
I just bought the disc version of the game. About 20 percent into installing it said this game needed an update. It updated and then continued installing. At about 30 percent it let me log into the game and roam around an open world map playing the characters. My girlfriend and I did that so she could get the hang of the controls. Once the game finished installing we logged into split screen and couldn't traverse any of the map because we fell through the ground all over a place. Tried several maps and had the same problem. The zombies also don't attack you. They just sit there and eventually blow up on their own. I restarted my xbox thinking maybe that would help. No go. I tried single player. Single player had the same issues. The zombies didn't attack and there were parts of the map where I fell through albeit less severe than split screen. I'm seeing numerous other compaints. How do you release a game like this? I'm taking it back today and discouraging anyone I know from buying it.
1 - Are you on digital download or Disc version of the game?
At this point I'm too disenchanted to take the time to log in and figure out the disc version
