Legendary character pieces never dropping!
I get they're supposed to be hard to get but come on man. I'm rank 1565, I've spent 17 million in the sticker shop, I have 5,000 of the customizations and I have never gotten a legendary character pie...

are you opening 15k packs or 35k packs?
I was only buying the 35K packs and totally depleted them before I finished my last character. I had to keep buying packs just getting reinforcements until it finally popped I got the Scientist, I am unsure if I am missing any hats but I agree they are few and far between.
- My goal is to be max rank in this game. With this RNG thing with the legendary characters i may never get there, ever. No matter how much I play or how much I spend in the sticker shop, there's no guarantee that I'll ever unlock the 4 legendary characters. So what's the point of even trying to complete a game that is only possible to complete for a "lucky" random players. It's like trying to win a game of basketball but your team doesn't have a hoop.
Legendary drops are completely broken and have been since the dawn of this game.

Spent 4 million on 15k packs and around 12 million on the 35k packs. I think there's something wrong going on. I should've got at least one piece by now.They aren't called Legendaries for nothing. I have only gotten the Boom Box hat and 1 disco chomper piece. I understand that people are angry at the super low drop rates, but be realistic here. Is everyone going to seriously expect to open packs and get a Legendary on every one. It takes time and effort. I will agree, however, that the drop rates need to be buffed, but i have the notion that if we get what we want, EA will buff it so much that every 2nd pack will have a Legendary in it.
- I wouldn't want them to make it super easy. I also don't think that it should've taken me 300 hrs of game time and 33 million coins to get only one half of a character. That's a bit ridiculous. My biggest problem isn't with how rare they are. It's bothers me more that they are at random and someone at a low rank of 1000 can get a character unlocked before someone with rank 3500.
