"Legendary" community chest give me a guaranteed legendary item.

Me and my friend worked so hard on this toxic community challenge. We noticed there was a gauranteed legandary item if the community got fourty milion toxic kills. We opended the pack and got a rare item. Like wtf?

Me and my Girlfriend got an Rare TIZ card and when I buy packs for 15K or 35K all I get is consumables. So over this. And im not sure if I even got my 150K for the coustume I never got from Rux.
