@zdarcon Do not accuse others of cheating, this is known as Naming and Shaming and is against the AHQ User Rules and Guidelines.

Is something actually being done with these 'reports' we are supposed to file with EA?

Can you show us any examples of something being done?

Or are we just supposed to be content with "Don't report cheaters publicly because it makes us look bad"?

Well if Customer Support can't come up with a resolution to a problem after 10 days, why would you think they have any idea on how to combat cheaters?
