Interdimensional Zombie is wayyy better than Zombot Drone engineer...
I feel like Legnedaries are just cards that are a little bit more powerful than a normal card. For example, Space Cowboy (which is arguably the best legendary in the game) would never be balanced if it were, say, a common.

I reaaaally doubt that. You can deal far more damage with the Drone Engineer than with the ID Zombie.

It depends on the user. I prefer Plank Walker or Trickster over Space Cowboy every time.

That's exactly the point we are trying to discuss here. Some Rare or Super-Rare cards have effects better than some Legendary cards (Like Reincarnation). In other words they feel like they are "underbalanced".
