i was in a game and level up just before we fiish the game and the sticker pack and acheveiment has not work and i really want that sticker pack

I had the same problem for Scientist level 9 pack. Used skip challenge cards as the round is ending and didnt get level 9 pack. Scientist is Level 10 now but last character 4/5☹️ Please help me.
